In this role, you will manage an R&D team to develop, test and implement new coating products, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with colleagues. Your responsibilities will include overseeing commercial and technical support functions.

Lead and manage R&D teams in the UK and internationally
Provide commercial and technical support
Technical support for operations and quality assurance
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in leading R&D, manufacturing, and coating formulation projects
Strong technical background in coatings, with knowledge of polyurethanes and UV curing preferred
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to travel internationally
Must have the right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
