Key Responsibilities
Innovation at Its Core: Lead the design, development, and optimization of UV ink formulations for diverse applications.
Hands-On Testing: Conduct in-depth testing of ink properties to ensure top-tier performance and quality.
Collaborative Excellence: Work with R&D, sales, and application teams to align formulations with market demands, while keeping up with the latest innovations from suppliers.
Documentation Mastery: Maintain precise records and create essential documentation, including technical and safety datasheets.
Production Leadership: Support scale-up processes and troubleshoot formulation-related production challenges.
Continuous Advancement: Stay ahead of industry trends and drive improvements in formulation processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Expertise in formulation of inks, paints, or coatings ideally with UV curing inks.
Proven track record in product development from concept to commercialization.
Experience of scale-up from laboratory to production, with problem solving and process improvement.
Able to collaborate effectively with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
